What kind of gifts would a blogger want for Christmas or their birthday?
As a newish blogger, that is still working on growing her money-making blog empire on a budget, there are many things that I would love for somebody else to purchase to help me on my way to world domination.
I’m sure I’m not the only blogger that has a few items on their wish list that they believe would help make their blog a success.
To support my hypothesis I asked a few of my fellow bloggers what kinds of gifts they would want someone to give them.
Thus the inspiration for this gift guide for bloggers was born!
So if you know someone that is a blogger and you want to help them on their blogging journey consider purchasing a few of the items /services listed in this gift guide.
I’ve done my best to provide the prices for each item, but as you know prices change frequently.
Make sure you click on the link to get the most up to date price on all items.
Alright now that that’s out of the way lets crack open this list!

This post contains affiliate links which means that I may receive a small fee, at no additional cost to you, when you purchase items using the links provided. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. If you would like more information please click here to read my disclosure policy.
1.Uninterrupted Work Time
If you can’t guess this was the most requested item from mom bloggers.
Somebody please take the kids and give me a few hours of peace and quiet to work on my blog or just veg out for a moment.
The great thing about this gift is it’s pretty much free. All it will cost you is a little bit of your time and whatever you spend on the kids.
2. Pay for Their Website Hosting
If you’re not sure what hosting is, then check out this post on blogging terms.
If you’re looking to make money from your blog, then being self-hosted is the way to go.
However, if you’re already on a tight budget going self-hosted might be out of your reach financially.
Offer to pay for their website hosting for a few months or the whole year.
Popular Self Hosting Sites:
Lyrical Host– (more expensive, but I’ve heard nothing but good reports about them and you can pay on a month to month basis. )
If they would prefer to stay with a hosted plan you can offer to pay for an upgrade from a free plan to premium.
3.Tailwind Subscription
Tailwind is a social media sharing tool for Pinterest and Instagram.
Many bloggers use Pinterest to market their blog post.
Manually pinning pins to your Pinterest can be very time-consuming.
That’s where Tailwind comes in. Tailwind is an automated scheduling platform that can post your pins or Instagram posts for you.
All you have to do is schedule it and the system takes care of the rest.
The Tailwind Plus plan costs 14.99/month (119/yr).
Give the gift of a free month of Tailwind when you use my referral link.
4.Photo Editing Software
One of the things they don’t tell you about blogging is that a lot of it has to do with graphic design.
Creating pins, social media posts. etc all require you to be able to design appealing graphics.
Having decent photo editing and graphic design software is an important part of being a successful blogger.
Canva Pro (12.99/month or 119.40/yr)
Consider purchasing a subscription of Canva pro.
Unlike the free version of Canva, you have access to more fonts and stock photos.
You can create your own brand color palette, resize your images with one click, create folders for your work, and upload custom fonts.
Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription (52.99/month)
The Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription includes all 30 + Adobe apps and services.
However, you can also purchase individual programs as well.
- Adobe Photoshop ( starting at 9.99/month)
- Indesign (starting at $20.99/month)
- Premiere Pro – video editing software (starting at $20.99/month)
Unfortunately, none of these products offer gift certificates, but you can download my free gift certificate pdf to make your own.
5.Blog Legal Page Templates

Every blog should have a privacy policy, disclosure policy, terms and conditions, etc.
I highly recommend Lucrezia’s Legal Page bundle. (use the coupon code BLACKFRIDAY19 to save 40%)

I used her bundle to set up my blog’s legal pages. You can check them out here.
Everything in the bundle that you need to customize is highlighted for you. All you have to do is edit the pages and upload them to your site.
My legal pages were up and ready within 20 minutes.
Plus anytime the pages are changed you will get a copy of the updated page to add to your blog.
